Q: What is the Brampton Battalion?
A: The Brampton Battalion is one of 20 junior hockey teams that comprise the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), which is the primary source of talent for the National Hockey League. Players range in age from 16 to 20, with each team able to dress three overagers (20-year-olds).
Battalion alumni includes several current NHL players including Jason Spezza (Ottawa Senators), Matt Duchene and Jay McClement (Colorado Avalanche), Wojtek Wolski (New York Rangers), Brent Burns (Minnesota Wild), Jay Harrison (Carolina Hurricanes), Rostislav Klesla (Phoenix Coyotes), and Cody Hodgson and Raffi Torres (Vancouver Canucks).
Q: Where can I purchase and pick up tickets?
A: Tickets can be purchased for all Battalion home games by visiting Battalion Headquarters, the Quartermaster Retail Store, the Battalion Box office or online.
Battalion Headquarters is open 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, and located at 7575 Kennedy Road South (on the west side of the building facing Kennedy Road).
The Quartermaster Retail Store is located on the north side of the building across from aisle 14 and is open two hours prior to the start of home games. The Box office is located in the Kennedy Entrance (North) and opens two hours before the start of each home game.
If you purchase tickets in advance (online or by telephone), they can be picked up during regular business hours at Battalion Headquarters or at Will Call two hours prior to the start of each home game. The Will Call window is located on the east side of the Kennedy Entrance, which is on the north side of the building.
